Found a specification that is wrong or out of date?
This is the most valuable message you can send. Passport, visa and exam requirements change, sometimes quietly. If a specification on this site does not match what the official portal or notification says, please tell us — include the page URL and what the official source states, and it will be corrected quickly.
What to write about
- Specification corrections — a size, file limit or background rule that has changed.
- Bug reports — a tool that produced the wrong output, failed on a particular file, or broke on your device. Tell us the browser and what you uploaded.
- Requests — a country, exam or tool you would like added.
- Privacy questions — anything about how the site handles data, covered in the privacy policy.
What we cannot help with
Resizehive is an independent tool site with no connection to any passport office, visa centre, embassy or examination board. We cannot check the status of your application, tell you whether a specific photo will be accepted, or intervene in any official process. For those, contact the authority handling your application directly.
We also cannot review your photo — it never reaches us, by design.
Response time
Resizehive is a small independent project, so replies are not instant. Expect a few days for general messages. Specification corrections and bug reports are prioritised.
